Villa Tuscany 6 old farm enjoys a dominant position in the characteristic area of le Balze, along a route of Etruscan origin which crosses the Valdarno area.

The history of the Villa Tuscany 6, dates Longobard era, it has gone through several changes, restoration and destruction due to war, up to the splendor of today.
Today the village is divided into three different areas: the Villa, the agriturismo and the farm, each with its own peculiarities and beauties.
INTERIOR
The halls inside the villa are all equipped with air-conditioned and with every comfort. After a meticulous restoration, which has not altered in any way the original architecture, today they are characterized by a sober and elegant style, which is typical of an ancient noble residence.
ACCOMMODATIONS
The Agriturismo is located 150 mt from the core of the historic villa and from the farm, right in the center of the structure, It was realized from the renovation of a big farmhouse, built in 1911, called The Factory.
The agriturismo has 15 double rooms and 10 rental Apartments with 3/4/5 beds available. For a total of about 50 guests.
WEDDINGS
The Villa is located in the center of the property, it is the ideal place for hosting a wedding reception: it has wide open spaces and interiors that allow you to choose the perfect setting that you prefer, which varies depending on the season and number of guests. In the Villa Tuscany 6 there are gardens and picturesque spots, offering a unique setting for the different phases of the wedding reception.
Inside the property there is an eighteenth-century Church, in which you can celebrate the religious ceremony.
Guests may enjoy the courtyard of the Villa, the Italian Garden, and the square in front of the church where you can organize welcome banquets up to 600 people. Inside the villa, in the main lounge can accommodate 250 people and those connected one up to 450.
FACILITIES
Despite the availability of the Villa for wedding receptions and the Agriturismo for the guests’ accommodations, the Villa Tuscany 6 has also a private agricultural company with an area of 430 hectares including vineyards, olive groves and a wonderful hunting reserve.
