VILLA 1 - EXTRAORDINARY CHARM dates back to the 1831 and composed by Vincenzo Bellini. VILLA 2 - BREATHTAKING 360° VIEW: dates back to the 1831 composed by Vincenzo Bellini,It is built in Neoclassical style, with details and an ambience that are typical for Lake Como such as slate roof and stucco works. Distributed over four floors.
The ground floor features large windows overlooking the Lake, a full kitchen, separate dining room, living room and library with fireplace, one bathroom. Walking along a spectacular path, you can reach the heated pool facing the lake, which can be transformed into a charming floating platform capable of hosting private events for up to 160 people.
